We were recommended from a friend after they had a great, comfortable experience. We were looking for a custom wedding band to match the unique design of my engagement ring to make the bands flush. Guy was very understanding and gave his expert advice while listening to my vision in wanting different shades of blue gemstones. We were from out of town, and they were super accommodating to our schedules and communicative via email and text about different changes we were thinking of. Looking forward to working with them in the future for any needs, I would highly recommend them!

Guy and his team took excellent care through the entire process and made my experience very personal. I visited their shop with a dream and a vision and walked out fulfilled, satisfied, and confident I placed my request with the correct team. Guy was able to take my vision and make it a beautiful and sparkling reality. My husband and I have been going to Ballard & Ballard for almost 15 years for all our fine jewelry, starting with our engagement ring. During the 15 years the service has been outstanding. Our go to jeweler is Joyce. She is very knowledgeable and personable and seems to know exactly what I might like. I always know that when I leave Ballard &Ballard I will be happy with my purchase and that I have another wonderful piece of jewelry to enjoy for years to come.
