What do you like best about helping our customers?: Its so much fun to help a person discover what it is they are capable of designing with a little help. The best part is when the piece is all done and they see it for the first time. It always surpasses their expectations.

What do you like best about helping our customers?: Letting our customers know how important they are to us by making sure they feel comfortable and valued. The look on their faces when we deliver their jewelry and it surpasses their expectations, which I am happy to say happens quite often. We get to know our customers and share in their joys and sorrows, in other words... We are family!
